best brunch: The Wet Fish Cafe (West Hampstead)
best workout: Heartcore studios (Pilates/TRX/kettleball)
best hair salon: Smooth You (Dalston - go see Andrea) or HOB (West Hampstead - go see Kiley)
best place to get your nails done: Angel Nail & Tanning Salon (Chapel Market in Angel - ask for Rob)
best coffee (chain): Caffe Nerro (found all over London)
best coffee (non-chain): The Coffee Works Project (Islington) or Flat White (SoHo)
best italian: Bocca Di Lupo (Soho)
